Pay and display parking is available at the bottom of South Hill Park (across from the Overground Station). There is also a large parking lot (paying) on the edge of the Heath, located on East Heath Road, apprx a 5-min walk away from my practice. From the parking lot, walk north east between the ponds and into South Hill Park:
